There are only three certainties in Life : Change, Separation and Death...Which makes all the "good things" in life Uncertain... Then, what exactly is one working for??!!? Take it away people...

Ready for pseudophilosophy i hope... ;) There are only 2 certainties of life.. birth and death. Seperation is relative and caused by death.... otherwise its never a certainty. Besides, the way you say 'good things' make it seem a certainty in itself! Its good thats why you work for it. Lot of things in life are like salt, you cant eat only salt as food, but its presence enriches the food. As Ralph waldo emerson once said... To laugh often much... To win the respect of intelligent people and affection of children... To earn the appreciation of honest critics... To endure the betrayal of false people.. To appreciate beauty... To find the best in others... To leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social situation... To know even one life has breathed easier because i have lived...this is to have succeeded ...
I'm afraid that even birth is not a certainty...That is the whole crux of the science of Obstetrics..Separation does not mean only through death, but in life there is separation in every moment. It is not necessarily a permanent separation, and not necessarily between living things...Remember that "One man's food is another man's poison", so good things is a subjective term, hence cannot be considered as certainty...As for Ralph W Emerson's words, they are directions for feeling less guilty and satisfying one's ego before death..Nothing more, nothing less..
