Ten Secrets about Myself: The Tag chronicles

After a week of coaxing and a failed attempt, I start again…For i’ve been “tagged”

“Ten secrets about Myself”… Hmmm… Sounds like the prank of some bored I.T. “professional”, in the eternal wait of a project or any “work” for that matter… However one cannot rule out the possibility that this could be the fiendish plan of some nosy human (includes both genders… After all, this is a world of equal representation!!?!). Typically a woman’s characteristic (here goes another MCP), but the men aren’t far behind (Ah!! Judged me too soon…didn’t you).

Well, being true to my word, I’ll attempt this weary task of self exploration…

Ten Secrets about Myself:

10. I appear confused!!??!! This state is not because I’m unaware of the situation, methods to solve it or the consequences that ensue… It is because I don’t believe/understand the methods, that one is expected to follow in such situations…so if you feel I appear confused, be rest assured that there was an input of conflicting thought…

9. I can’t lie very well… I lie to myself, very convincingly might I add. However it doesn’t work well on others… So if you find me being blunt or rude, I guess you are getting a better deal from the conversation…

8. I’m a safe rider… Bikes are a passion and contrary to popular belief, I’m safe when I ride my bike (even if the tachymeter, speedometer and my pillion are all seeing red)

7. I bend rules… Many feel this ain’t right (But hey! Show me the perfect world and I’ll enforce those rules for you and even preach that rules shouldn’t be bent or broken)… I won’t break them though (just when the post was getting interesting…sigh!)

6. Gold ain’t my favorite color… Kinda got an aversion to the metal when I see a person weighs in heavier after “adorning” it…

5. I believe in logic… Am a devotee actually, but you may observe that my steps defy logic (at times)… that’s because those decisions were made in a world that’s beyond logic... Where logic is the railway station that just went by, in a fabulous train journey… You keep it as a reference, but look ahead for what is beyond the horizon…

4. Diplomacy and public relations ain’t my strong points… Most people believe that I’m diplomatic… Sorry, not very good there…

3. I’m not Kalam… The great Dr. Abdul Kalam, brilliant mind and ex-president of our nation, would regret even more in regard to the state of youth of the present generation, if he were to hear that his name (which in fact could be conferred as a title/an over-zealous praise to those with a brilliant mind) is used to identify a nut-head from MSRMC (Damn! that Com-Med class…)

2. I hate repetition… Absolutely hate being told the same things over and over again… Reminders are welcome but repeating the same things won’t get you a gold star in my Register…

Finally, (Phew!)…

1. I am a good natured human being… If you have seen me show anger out of proportion to any situation, don’t panic or break down… As there could only be two reasons for it… Hunger and sleep deprivation… And I hate being asked at that moment, if I’m hungry or if I had a good sleep … More so if done repeatedly (refer the previous paragraph for details)… Other wise, I’m good natured person…I can take anything with a straight face…

Life!!??!!?!
